We participate in the Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP). If you are over the age of 40, you can get a screening mammogram without a doctor's referral. To request an appointment please email us at 849xray@gmail.com

Cancellation policy (Late show, no-show)

Please be aware that if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, or arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be subject to $50 cancellation fee and may be required to reschedule your appointment.

   

We may choose to waive your first 'cancellation fee' at our discretion, if you had a valid reason.  However, any subsequent cancellation fee CANNOT be waived. 

 

We must consider the care and experience of other patients and ensure it is not negatively impacted. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
