Masks are mandatory, and you will be screened for COVID-19 at our reception desk upon arrival. Our waiting room is small and we encourage social distancing between patients. All exam rooms are disinfected between each patient.

An x-ray examination is an imaging procedure that uses radiation to create images of inside the body. X-rays can be used to image the skeletal system and sometimes soft tissues as well.
To avoid needing to change, you can wear lightweight clothing without zippers or buttons.
An ultrasound exam uses sound waves to create images of unsude of the body. Ultrasound is used primarily to image soft tissues such as organs, tendons, ligaments and lumps.
Please ask reception for specific instructions when you book your exam, as certain tests require fasting and/or full bladder.
We are now part of the Ontario Breast Screening Program. If you are over the age of 50 and have a valid health card, you can schedule your routine screening mammogram without the need of a requisition.
Please do not wear any deodorant the day of your exam. Please let us know the location of your most recent mammogram so we can acquire the images ahead of your appointment.
A bone density scan measures the density of the bone in the patient's spine and hip. This test is used to diagnose osteoporosis, a disease which if not treated can put a patient at increased risk of fracture.
To avoid needing to change, you can wear lightweight clothing without zippers or buttons. Please bring a list of your medications if you are having a bone density scan. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire prior to your examination. You can bring a family member with you if you require translation or assistance.
An Echocardiogram is an image of a patient's heart. It uses soundwaves to create images of the inner chambers, valves and vessels of the heart for precise diagnoses.
Using Ultrasound, we take beautiful 3D images and movies of your baby. We have multiple packages to accomodate your budget.
